Pricing
Licensed module by module, on a Core that's already included.
Efixera is a subscription platform. You license the module families you need on top of the bundled Efixera Core and add others as you go — the same modular rollout the institute used itself. We quote per organization, anchored to 2025 benchmarks, rather than publish a list price that fits no one exactly.
How it's licensed
Four principles behind the price
Subscription, module by module
An annual subscription per module family, so an organization adopts at its own pace — the same modular rollout the institute used itself, not a big-bang license.
Efixera Core is bundled, not billed
The substrate every module rides on — identity & access, the file store, the workflow engine, audit, reporting, the Org Directory — is included in every license. It is not a separate SKU to buy.
Single-tenant, dedicated install
Each organization gets its own environment (on-premise or a private install). Pricing reflects a dedicated deployment, not a shared seat in someone else's cloud.
Consolidation is also a price wedge
Bundling several module families costs less than licensing the equivalent point tools separately — fewer contracts, no integration middleware, one platform to run.
Billing units
Each module family is priced on the unit that fits it
Document and people modules scale with the organization and its users; the laboratory scales with labs and instruments. Core is bundled into all of them.
e-EDMS
Per organization + named users
Document control (DCC); document volume may inform tiering.
e-PMS
Per organization + named users
Project execution + supervision + Client Satisfaction; project/contract volume may inform tiering.
e-CRM
Per organization + named users
Business development / bid-to-contract; pipeline/proposal volume may inform tiering.
e-QMS
Per organization + named users
IMS, normative-doc DB, risk, MOC, non-conformance.
e-Lab
Per lab / per instrument count
Its own unit and buyer; IoT temp/humidity monitoring as an add-on.
e-HR
Per organization + per employee record
Scales with headcount.
e-Library
Per organization
Optionally per concurrent researcher.
Efixera Core
Bundled in every license
Not a SKU — the substrate the family licenses ride on.
Tier shape
Three shapes, sized to the organization
The tiers describe scope, not a price tag — the figure is quoted once we know your modules, users, and deployment.
Core
Single department / small organization
One or two module families on Efixera Core, with standard support — the entry point for a focused first rollout.
- 1–2 module families

Growth
Mid-size organization
Several module families bundled, with read API and analytics — for an organization consolidating multiple processes.
- Several module families

- Standard support
Scale
Large organization / enterprise / national body
All modules, SSO, full API, an SLA, and dedicated onboarding — for an organization standardizing across units.
- All 7 module families
- SSO + full API
- SLA + dedicated onboarding
Figures are unpublished by design while productization pricing is validated against real deals. They are anchored to sourced 2025 industry benchmarks, not invented.
What you pay for
Beyond the subscription
Subscription
The primary line — the annual module-family licenses on Efixera Core.
Onboarding & migration
A one-off fee where a document corpus has to be migrated and configured — migration into a controlled-document system is non-trivial.
Add-ons
e-Lab IoT (temperature/humidity) monitoring, extra storage, and premium support / SLA.
Professional services
Configuration and training to get teams productive — not custom development.
Pricing FAQ
Questions a CFO asks first
Why are there no prices on this page?+
Efixera is moving from an internal institute platform to a productized one, and we quote per organization rather than publishing a list price that wouldn't fit anyone exactly. Our figures are anchored to 2025 benchmarks for document-control, quality, lab, library, and HR tools; we share a concrete quote in a walkthrough once we understand your modules, users, and deployment.
Do we have to buy everything at once?+
No. The platform is licensed module by module on the bundled Efixera Core, so you can start with one or two families (commonly e-EDMS + e-QMS) and add others later. Each new module raises the value of the ones already live.
Is Efixera Core an extra cost?+
No. Core — identity & access, the versioned file store, the approval-workflow engine, audit, reporting, and the Org Directory — is bundled into every license. It is the reason cross-module records work, so it is never sold separately.
How is the laboratory module priced differently?+
e-Lab (LIMS) has its own billing unit — per lab or per instrument count — because its buyer and its scope differ from the document and HR modules. IoT environmental monitoring is an add-on on top of it.
Is there a discount for taking several modules?+
Yes — consolidating several module families costs less than licensing the equivalent separate point tools, on top of removing the integration and contract overhead of running them apart.
