Solution — oil & gas / engineering enterprises
Document control, quality and metrology on one platform — not a stitched-together stack.
Oil & gas and engineering enterprises run a separate EDMS, a separate QMS tool, and HR spreadsheets that do not talk to each other, so integration is fragile and re-keying is constant. Efixera consolidates document control, IMS quality, metrology/lab and HR into one on-premise platform purpose-built for an engineering organization — adopted module by module, not as a multi-year program.

Pains → what closes them
The problems, by module
A separate EDMS, QMS tool and HR sheets that don't talk to each other
Efixera links a project task, its documents, its quality records and its people on one login and access model — no fragile re-keying.
ISO / quality audits are recurring fire drills
e-QMS keeps IMS evidence, normative-document validity (color-coded) and routed non-conformance in one source, so audits draw from current records.
Engineering documents circulate with no enforced current version
e-EDMS (DCC) enforces one current version per the document-control procedure and tracks revisions across projects.
Heavy enterprise ECM suites are over-scoped, costly and slow to deploy
Efixera deploys module by module against the processes an engineering org actually runs — time-to-value in weeks per module, not a multi-year integration.
Where to start
Where an engineering enterprise usually starts
e-EDMS carries the document-control pain; e-QMS carries quality and compliance.
Compliance fit
Audit-ready by design
- ISO 9001 / IMS evidence in one source
- AR and foreign normative-document validity tracking
- On-premise deployment — data stays inside the enterprise
FAQ
Common questions
We already have an EDMS and a QMS tool. Why consolidate?
Because the value is in the links: a project task, its documents, its quality records and its people on one access model. Separate tools force re-keying and leave audits to assemble evidence from disconnected systems. Efixera replaces that stack module by module.
Is our data on a vendor cloud?
No. Efixera is deployed on-premise as a single-tenant install, so the document and standard archive stays inside the enterprise. Export of that archive is a deliberate design point, not a lock-in.
How long until we see value?
Adoption is module by module — start with the loudest pain (commonly e-EDMS or e-QMS), prove value in weeks, then expand on the same login. There is no multi-year integration gate.
Consolidate the point-tool stack, one module at a time.
