e-HR — People & Competency
The personal file as a live electronic record — leave approved online, training effectiveness measured.
e-HR is the people-and-competency module of Efixera: it keeps employee personal files as live electronic records, routes leave/permission requests online for supervisor approval, tracks trainings, certificates and exams with real-time effectiveness surveys, and answers HR statistics — hires, dismissals, leave, transfers — on demand, with competency tied to the projects people actually staff.

The status quo
What it replaces
Personal files are paper; HR cannot answer “how many times did this employee take leave this year?” without manual counting.
Leave approvals travel on signed sheets, with no routing and no statistics.
Trainings, certificates and exam results are not tracked centrally, so training effectiveness is never measured.
Functional core
What the module does
HR Database & Statistics
- Electronic personal files for current and former employees — the catalog version of the paper file.
- HR statistics on demand: recruitment, dismissals, retirements, leave, transfers.
- Vacancies published through the module.
Training & Evaluation
- Trainings attended, certificates obtained, and exam pass/fail recorded per employee.
- Real-time evaluation of the training and the trainer.
- Training-effectiveness surveys auto-collected into the database for statistics.
Professional Development & Leave
- Employees raise their knowledge level and self-test via mock exams.
- Leave/permission requests created online and sent to the supervisor.
- Supervisors approve or return from their profile; approved requests yield filterable statistics.
In context
How it works with the rest of the platform

Project roles in e-PMS are staffed against verified training/competency records.
Training for IMS
Competency evidence for quality roles flows to e-QMS.
Single sign-on
One Efixera login and access model across HR and every other module.
Status quo vs. e-HR
The difference, line by line
Compliance
Standards this module serves

- Personal files confidential by default through role-based access control.
- Leave approvals carry a routed, auditable trail instead of signed paper.
FAQ
Common questions
Can we adopt e-HR on its own?+
Yes. Each module stands alone on the same Efixera login and access model, and gains value as adjacent modules join — e-HR competency records feed project staffing in e-PMS and quality-role evidence in e-QMS.
How does online leave approval work?+
An employee creates a permission request online and sends it to their supervisor; the supervisor approves or returns it from their profile. Approved requests are stored and become filterable statistics by employee and date range — no signed sheets, no manual counting.
How is training effectiveness measured?+
Trainings, certificates and exam results are recorded per employee, and training/trainer evaluation surveys are auto-collected into the database — so effectiveness is a measured statistic per training, not a guess.
Is employee personal data protected?+
Personal files are confidential by default and access is governed by the one platform-wide role-based access model; handling follows organization personal-data policy.
